Shondra was outstanding and attentive as a server. Ordered their steak and shrimp special, which was tasty. If it was a little more tender I'd rated higher, but it wasn't. They didn't have baked potato, but server recommended their mash potatoes with everything.. It was simply delicious and will try again rather than a loaded potato. The coca cola double chocolate cake was moist and went well with a little scoop of ice cream. Additionally, ordered a meal to go.. You can't beat the $5 price.
Our server was terrific. We gave only three stars because of the kitchen. We ordered our meal and our take out order at the same time. We told her we'd like the take out order when she brings us our meal. It didn't come with our meal. She apologized for the delay. During our meal she would keep us informed of it. We finished our meal and she still apologized. At one point, she was still apologetic and somewhat annoyed at the kitchen as well because the kitchen "keeps yelling at me for asking". Great experience! We visited on a Saturday around 2pm. Although they were very busy, our waiter, Austin, was very attentive. Our food was delicious too! We had a 3 month old and they provided a chair for the car seat which made our dining experience even better. We had a wonderful experience!
Seated at 11 am. Waitress finally showed at 11:12 and took food and drink order. Waited 10 more minutes for drinks to arrive and food finally arrived at 11:45. What is called meatloaf on the menu was cold and definitely not meatloaf, carrots dried out, mashed potatoes cold with warm brown gravy on top, no biscuits available, $5.49 side salad had very little lettuce or cheese and no bacon. Is everything okay? Our server was great. 8 PM on Wednesday evening, July 24, 2024. The Chicken Fried Chicken was sodium overload, my daughter couldn’t eat it. I had pancakes - like warm with ICE COLD syrup! I guess they’re out of the usual bottles?! We will place a pause on visiting this location. I hope management is paying attention. We left hungry!!
