Missing food and packaging was open
mashed potatoes were dry and watery, corn was bland, no plasticware in the bag and provided the wrong drink.
They had poor packaging and did not put pancakes with breakfast order. This order was for my husband birthday.
All food is ice cold. This happens every time we order. They should not prepare order if dasher is not there yet. That way food would arrive hot.
My bag was not secured at all.. not even did they try to tie it up or anything. They should do a better job at trying to protect the customers food from being tampered with. I will not order again from this location.
Ordered the tray of Mac and cheese for $35. Only received a side order. No refund was given
The chicken was sour. I was shocked because it usually good.
