macaroni cheese was burnt.
Usually service is good but this time my food was cold and it was missing one of my sides of carrots
Salad was missing egg and cheese and half the lettuce and chicken was tiny and burnt. Chicken tenders were terrible.. bad choice and not worth price you pay for meals.
when I received my order it was delivered ok but my pancakes were burnt. I didn't enjoy my breakfast at all.
I have ordered from here a few times and had a couple very good and a couple poor meals but this was horrid. How a server packed it and sent it out is reprehensible. Chicken and dumplings were huge clumps with very little broth, so I couldn't break apart and try to rehydrate. The fried chicken breast was very greasy, as if they threw it from fryer straight into container without draining, pinto beans hadn't been cooked very long, so they were runny and bland. at least the broccoli cheese casserole was delicious. My dasher was great but the portions for the food were underwhelming. French toast came with a smidge of powdered sugar and for some reason the syrup doesn't come on the glass bottles anymore so they put it in super small side cups that spilled all in my bag.
two orders of chicken and dumplings took over an hour to get ready. the fried okra was disgusting. tasted greasy and burnt. very disappointing
meatloaf was badly burned on top. couldn't cut the top 1/2 inch with a fork
