Okay. This was not good. The mashed potatoes were like paste, chicken overfried because the skin was so bitter, cole slaw had an odd taste. The green beans were fair, but they forgot my chow chow relish I ordered. Also could you train your staff the difference between Heinz 57 and Heinz ketchup? I am positive they do not know the difference as they included 8 ketchup packets and not any Heinz 57. Also I did not need 15 packets of butter and 8 jellies for two biscuits. Food arrived cold. chicken Fried chicken was over breaded and hard. The Dash driver didn't have my drink I ordered. He said they didn't tell him there was anything else. This is the second time in the last 2 weeks that we have ordered from Crackerbarrel and had Door Dash deliver to us in the hospital. Both times, there were items missing that were paid for. The Momma's Pancake Breakfast® was disgusting. I asked for strawberries on my pancakes. The strawberries were not fresh. They looked as if they were sitting out for 2 weeks. The Smoked Sausage Patties were old and over cooked. Dont waste your money!
Don't eat here. I feel like I got someone's leftovers. The greens are dry and looked as if someone has already chewed it. There should be four pieces of fish. I have two. The baked potato is crusty and dry. The potato looks like it has been under the heat lamp for hours. Horrible!!!!!
I don't know what has happened to Cracker Barrel. The food has become consistently mediocre. The rice was undercooked, Mac and cheese was runny, and the biscuits were so hard I couldn't eat them! Plus no condiments that I requested. You charge at least $5 above menu price for DD so the food should be better than this!
Food was not seasoned at all , Mac and cheese and pinto beans were very bland . Green beans taste like they came straight from a can and just warmed up everything was bland , fried chicken was decent . Not the best service could have been better .
I ordered for my mom she said pastry was awful and I had ordered an extra cup so she'd have enough for tomorrow because plates are so skimpy these days what a waste of money
Two separate times I didn't get the number of biscuits I ordered for breakfast.
Both cheesburgers ordered were wrong, they were exactly the same; not as ordered. And a pitiful amount of fries in each.
