No syrup. No condiments. No straws. For 4.15 I feel the drinks should be bigger than a Togo cup. It should at least be the size of the cups if you dine in. Today must have just been an off day.
The steak was very dry
I ordered two sides of hash brown casserole but I only got 1 side of it and it was only a little bit so really half a side of casserole instead of the two that I paid for.
Requested Sugar Free syrup, recieved regular syrup, ordered Buttermilk Biscuits (4) did not recieve the item, ordered the Fried Cinnamon Apples and 2 apples were in the container , the ordered was delivered unsealed , will not order from here again, the restaurant need to check the orders for accuracy before giving them to drivers
Everything was dry, only thing edible was Mac and Cheese.
Missing a whole entree and a side as well as the corn muffins. This is the second time this has happened to me when ordering from this Cracker Barrel.
Food was inedible. The steak was not cooked all the way through, it was soggy, and the biscuits tasted like meat. Will never order from here again.
Pancakes were burnt and not the drivers fault
hashbrowns are undercooked, tastes old, the cheese on top is not even melted
