They always get the order right, they include silverware, they include condiments, and the food is great!
I was disappointed with my order. The quantity of food was greatly reduced. The beef was dry. Also the ticket attached to my bag was correct but my food was incorrect. This was my third order. The previous two orders was excellent.

The Cinnamon Roll Skillet looked NOTHING like it looked in pic ir at the table. where's the icing?The house salad is HALF the size u get in the restaurant.Only @ tblsp of cheese & they couldn't cut up the egg i guess( that way more salad would have fit). Left gravy out of bag. If they would have checked the order like their receipt tells them to, the problem would be solved. Their receipt states "#of gravys __" The store was called and they offered a refund, then was told no, we had to go through DoorDash to receive refund. If this was the first time we have had issues I would not give bad review but it's not. I'm a good review giver too often even when I shouldn't be. But this was deserved unfortunately.

The carrots and celery in the pot roast were not done. They were hard crunchy. Very disappointing
The greens had too much whatever meat was in it. The hashbrown casserole was very dry. Couldn't eat any of it.
