I will never order anything from cracker barrel again. This isn't the first time you have delayed processing orders. You received my breakfast order at 8:30. The Dasher waited nearly an hour for you to process it and it was not delivered until after 1030. Bottom line, your lack of Service isn't worth it. This was actually for an older, ill couple. Waiting on the food to take with their timed meds. Not today in as much as it was nearly 11:00 when it was delivered!! You just aren't worth it!
Coffee machine was down and breakfast meat was very dry.

my country fried steak and mashed potatoes came with no gravy at all, no apple butter they gave me baked apples instead. hashbrown casserole was not good like it usually is. also 2 drinks were missing as well
one of the iced lattes was hot and not sweet. The sausage and eggs on the mommas pancake breakfast was terrible, had like a burnt chemical taste. The biscuits on the biscuits and gravy was hard. I was highly dissatisfied with this order. I paid for convenience and got a terrible food. The driver that delivered the order was nice and not his fault for the way the food turned out. I will not order from this cracker barrel in the future.
The meal appeared as if it were thrown in the tray. The taste was horrible. We trashed it.
Dasher had to wait 20 minutes on order. order was not ready not untill 45 minutes after it was placed. Food was not very good.The biscuits were hard and cold, and the gravy had no flavor.

smashed greebbeans in mash potato, missing gravy, corn water logged, cake dry and crusty
