I usually love Cracker Barrel & often go to the physical restaurant to sit down & eat. I decided to order in for Sunday breakfast and was left disappointed. My " Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast " was made with white bread instead of the thicker bread usually used for french toast. Overall from favorite to least favorite, blueberry pancakes really good, hashbrown casserole was good could use a tad bit of seasoning, chicken sausage not spicy like listed, and eggs were very much underdone with the cold egg white parts still being partially not cooked completely on the top layer. Everything looked great just a few changes could be made.
The fruit was half full and brown tinted. I requested soft bacon and it was extra hard and very salty. Normally the breakfast is good but it was not this time.
Chicken sandwich had no sauce on it, burnt bacon , and there was no butter for cornbread .
The biscuits were hard and the bacon was way undercooked. Soft doesnt mean raw :(
My veggie plate had a burned, dried out, inedible helping of hash brown casserole. One helping was fine but the other was gross.
Chicken Pot Pie was soggy, veggies hard and both cold so was dumplings. Half and half was an Arnold Palmer, not what I ordered and sweet tea was way too sweet. Why is it that delivery food is not the same quality as if you were at the restaurant?
The last couple of meals there have not been close to how good they used to be. The biscuits they sent me with this order arent even cooked all of the way and taste awful ! Please get it together. When I ate in the dining area last week it was close to the same disappointments
