You won't walk away hungry. The portions are huge. They have a country store too. There are rocking chairs outside. While you're waiting for your meal, you can play checkers or a peg game.
The restaurant was busy but the staff was on the ball. No long wait and politeness from the greeter, the waitress, to the cashier. The food was good and hot. The raspberry lemonade was delicious. The hashbrown casserole is great.
This is the best place to have breakfast. It really is a home cooked country meal. You will leave full and satisfied.
Cracker Barrel is always good. The service at this one lack a little, but the good was still the greatest. I love shopping in the store. Would go to this one again.

You know what you are getting, good service and friendly staff. There is a wide range of comfort food on the menu and we are yet to have a poor experience.
Traveling alone I wanted a luncheon restaurant that I could feel comfortable at and Cracker Barrel fits the bill. I love their salads. They are my first choice when taking road trips.
