Reception was not friendly The food was the standard food that you find in all Cracker Barrels. I was rather surprised that the hostess was not very friendly. The service was okay, but not outstanding. Food took a while to come to the table. My husband had to ask for syrup. Coffee refills were slow.
Great service with good food We enjoyed breakfast/lunch at the Cracker Barrel. The service was excellent and all four of us enjoyed our food. The menu is always extensive and the food consistently good.
Great food, great atmosphere, great service Servers are always friendly, as are the cashiers. Staff is very helpful in picking out the right items (I was buying gifts for someone) in the store area. The atmosphere is very warm and comforting. The location is convenient to the Vero Beach Outlets, and the local mall is just a mile or two east. Overall a top-notch experience.
Above and beyond the call of duty I normally try not to review chain restaurants unless they in some way are different from the others . Cracker Barrel is generally a staple to travelers. Great location at Vero beach outlets We were able to walk over from the Hampton Inn where we were staying. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was good. We did go late in the evening so we were served quickly.
