We stopped in while on vacation. I had the strip steak so that I vould cut it up and eat my steak n biscuits as that is no longer on the menu. Steak was cooked perfect for medium rare. I wamted a side of dumplings but it was too early.
Food quality has been a problem during my last couple of visits. I always order the Smoky Chicken and it’s been so dry and overcooked lately. Gonna have to try to find another go to place. The edges are extra crispy. The bottom should not be that dark and it’s got so much rub on it that it dries out the meat even more. I brought it home and it’s not even worth calling in to complain so I decided to leave a Google review instead. And the turnip greens are all meat and no greens. Food portions are getting smaller and smaller. We had a very long wait for our food on a not so busy evening. But we had GREAT service from a young lady name Samantha! She has a great smile and is so amazingly upbeat! She sure made the long wait a lot more pleasant!
Cracker Barrel at Winter Garden Village is always a go-to for us! We are always on the move, and the food is so good we can never wait to get home. More often than not, we end up eating in the parking lot! Cracker Barrel offers the perfect blend of delicious, hearty country food at incredibly affordable prices. No matter how busy we are, it’s always worth the stop. The customer service is consistently top-notch, making every visit feel welcoming and smooth. Highly recommend this location for a satisfying meal!
This location isn't normally this bad, but today was awful. After being seated, it took us over an hour to get our food, btw it was breakfast food for a party of four and two kids five and under. My husband's food was undercooked and we explained this to the manager and he just simply did he apologize. He didn't offer to remove the item my husband didn't eat because it was undercooked. Honestly, the last few times wasn't the greatest but this time took the cake.
