Amazing. We had the best food today. I had Chicken and French Toast. That was the best tender and juicy I've had anywhere. Husband had new Chicken dippers equally as good. We were both praising the food and service. The cashier was very nice as well. Great job!!!
The front check-in process was chaotic. I had completed a mobile check-in and was told I’d be next for a table, only to watch six other parties get seated before me. When I brought this up, the manager came out but showed no interest in hearing my concerns. She briefly went to the dining room and eventually seated us. Once seated, we asked our server for a few minutes to get settled. He brought our drinks promptly, then returned after a short while. My server Pierce was knowledgeable. I was not sure what to order and wanted something light, so Pierce suggested the pick four sides as a meal. It was perfect! And now I know I can order sides as a meal. Loved how he listened and gave me a great suggestion.
Food quality has been a problem during my last couple of visits. I always order the Smoky Chicken and it’s been so dry and overcooked lately. Gonna have to try to find another go to place. The edges are extra crispy. The bottom should not be that dark and it’s got so much rub on it that it dries out the meat even more. I brought it home and it’s not even worth calling in to complain so I decided to leave a Google review instead. And the turnip greens are all meat and no greens. We enjoyed the shrimp & sausage and chicken campfire meals and both were quite delicious. Our server was Bev and she provided her usual top notch, great service that we have become accustomed to. Our order was taken very quickly and the food arrived both timely and piping hot. We will definitely order these campfire meals again before they disappear from the menu.
