Steak & Egg hash brown was crispy with the fried onions I wasn't expecting, just a little messy more than likely due to transportation not the staff. Great care was given in packaging. Overall great experience
The Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie is phenomenal! However, definitely skip the new Cheesy Grits... they are not good.
The meal was hot 🔥 and awesome you to get the gravy ono the side they give you so much more extreextremely fresh country fried steak wasn't cooked to long ill definitely order it again ive had it three times already

Door dash service was great. However Cracker Barrel was disappointing. It has really fallen off in terms of quality over the past few months. I ordered the country fried steak, gravy in the side, green beans, loaded hashbrowns casserole, dumplings and buttermilk biscuits. The steak was way over cooked, dried out and very tough around the edges. The dumplings were in what I would call water rather than gravy. And the corn muffins? the corn bread was burnt, I asked for 5 butters I got 3 and I asked for 5 napkins since I have plenty of silverware because they think napkins and silverware are the same thing even though they have them marked different on the order sheet.
To be honest out of all the chicken I've ever eaten you figured it would be these 5 star gourmet restaurants that would have the best chicken, but the Crispy Tender Dippers that breading is unmatched, I would have given a full 5 star on the food, but the biscuits, two of them were hard, older, and the steak fries were cooked in older oil and they were a dark brown, other than that that chicken saved the rest of the food lol.
No syrup or plastic ware with my Momma's Pancake Breakfast®. Eggs were sorry at best.
