We came in and got some brunch it was very good but they did not have the machine to cook the southern style crispy chicken with a bone-in so had to get the chicken without the bone in it. Which was fine but I prefer the chicken with the bone in because then I know it's actually chicken and not some processed nuts , butts, and guts
Alright, to all the Grilled Chicken BLT lovers out there, who Cracker Barrel shunned a few years ago by pulling our favorite, and in my case, EVERY visit menu item. As you know, they've replaced our favorite, delicious menu item with the "New" Chicken BLT (which is on a bun, not sourdough bread, and has a glaze spread instead of mayo, and also has a grilled chicken breast, which is not good, instead of the grilled chicken tenderloins). Food was good. Server, Cameron was attentive and very friendly. Especially considering the bad weather, we were appreciative that they were open Cashier, Shirley was very helpful and had a couple of great suggestions. I bought a nice hat to go with my vest. Very good experience
Love, love, love the Hartselle, Alabama Cracker Barrel!!! Always great service and amazing delicious hot food!! My favorite the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli!! Don’t forget forget the delicious saw mill gravy smothering the fried chicken and mashed potatoes!! YUMMY!! My husband and I eat there several times a month and we have never been disappointed!! 💕💕
We waited 15 minutes before drink orders were taken and we also put our food order in at the same time. When our food arrived, my hamburger was raw. There were no wait staff around and so I spotted a manager (I assumed) standing near the fireplace. When I started walking toward him he got called into the kitchen, so I sat back down.
