The seasoned rice that I got as a side with my Chicken n' Dumplins was very rubbery and bland. I don't think that it was cooked all the way.
Second time in a week sides were missing.
They were aparebtky out of chocolate cake and just substituted for cinnamon rolls and they tasted terrible. The cashier was rude when we asked for jelly only giving us 2 small pks for 4 biscuits. The country friend steak in my meal was mostly gristle and we were disappointed in whole. The fruit wasn't ripe either. Paid way too much and don't I will be eating there again or takeaway not at this location.
Kid burger was medium rare, mashed potatoes were hard and cold, French fries with adult burger was very small portion, and biscuits were hard. Probably last time we will door dash from here. Very disappointing
Ordered two bowls of the chicken and dumplings for delivery. It arrived safe and hot. I was SO disappointed! Between the two bowls there might have been 4 or 5 dumplings, a few pieces of carrots and one bite of chicken. The rest was gravy. This store has really been slipping lately on quality and quantity.
The last few times I've ordered delivery here, it's not been great. Everything I ordered this morning was either burnt or tasted like it was made yesterday. I was also missing 2 sides of hash brown casserole and as silly as it seems, it's frustrating to pay the amount you do for delivery for something that isn't the quality that it should be or that isn't delivered with your order at all. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorites so of course I will be back but something needs to change.
Meatloaf portion was smaller than usual and the biscuits were terrible. They were flat, dry and hard. The last few times we have eaten Cracker Barrel the biscuits and corn muffins have been dry, extremely flat, and hard.
The steak was supposed to be medium rare - it was very rare and so tuff - jerky is more tender. The rice and broccoli was pretty awesome as well as the tea. Won't be ordering steak again. If I had dined in I would have insisted on a new one. $50 down the drain
