Ordered the Smokehouse Grilled Chicken and got carrots and broccoli with the broccoli being raw and not cooked, also ordered the Classics Hamburger Steak and paid extra for it to be smothered with gravy and onions which wasn't placed on the meat. Also, didn't receive the biscuits or corn muffins. Do not recommend.
Biscuits were very underbaked. There was maybe 4 tablespoons of gravy, and it was very underbaked-seasoned. Bacon was over cooked. There were only 3 apple slices in the fried apples. The past 3 times I've ordered Cracker Barrel the quality has been terrible.
Sausage was cold and undercooked eggs were undercooked and French toast was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. I would like a full refund because I spent $28 for cold food
Always missing an item. This time a salad
Ham to salty, eggs are disgusting and they forgot my drink and said I couldn't get a refund
I did not receive the Chocolate Pecan Pie Slice, they wrote "need replacement" on the ticket and then no one reached out and there was no replacement added. Waste of money.
Cracker Barrel is normally my safe bet. This time, not so much. My meatloaf was dry.
The mashed potatoes were clumpy and a small amount of gravy. Very small amount of okra.
I ordered meatloaf with two sides. They only sent one and changed me extra. When I called to get it straightened out. They kept putting me on hold until they finally hung up on me. Definitely will not be ordering again
