Peach Cobbler stunk so bad I didn't even take a lick. Seriously, it smelled spoiled. Country Fried Steak also smelled bad and I tried one tiny bite and it was bad. I requested the gravy on the side, but it had sawmill gravy mixed in which threw off the taste. Needless to say, I only ate the fried okra completely and about half the mashed potatoes and corn. I definitely won't order from here again. And I'm giving a thumbs down to Extras because I got 1 out of 3 things requested.
Paid extra $4 for smoked sausage and didn't receive it.
My side otemswere ice cold because they refused to reach out about being out of the main dish I ordered and was just gonna give me a random main dish
I ordered Country Fried Steak , mashed potatoes, broccoli rice cheddar casserole, cornbread, and Fried Apples. Everything was delicious except the Cornbread muffins were so overcooked . They were so burnt , hard as a rock the plastic knife broke. 1st rule in food service should be if it's burnt don't serve it. I can tell you if serving this inside the restaurant the cornbread would have been returned for fresh cornbread. Definitely not good to send it out on delivery order.
I was missing a biscuit and the portion of the food was nothing!
I ordered country fried steak okra and pinto beans. was given 2 orders of pinto beans and no okra. the peach cobbler was not worth eating. I would request a refund if I could
This is the 2nd time in a month that Cracker Barrel has stiffed me for the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake . If you're out of cake, surely there's a way to let us know or substitute it with some other dessert. How lame. Then I have to deal with DD to be reimbursed.
Order was incomplete. Broccoli was missing, fried chicken tenders instead of broiled. CB employees careless filling orders. This is not the first time we've received an incomplete order from Cracker Barrel.
Pancakes were great but bacon was barely done!
