Eggs supposed to be over medium were raw, missing my extra Hash Brown Casserole. Pancakes were good.
The grilled Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad was too spicy to eat, and it looked like 2 different packages of lettuce was used. One part was ok, but other half was soggy and warm. Very disappointed. We have always gotten great food before.
The bag we received was not secured in anyway and was in fact very open so no way to know if the restaurant just forgot all of our food or if the dasher took the missing parts of our food. We did not receive over half of our food order and working from home with sick kids this was a problem. Will not be ordering from them again. We were looking forward to great food which we didn't get and the dasher dropped our orange juice which was $10 not including the 1 that the restaurant forgot!

Ordered a build Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast thru Door Dash. Dasher waited around 30 mins for my order. I had called once I placed my order requesting toast instead of biscuits. While Dasher is waiting, he let's me know they are waiting on fresh biscuits, I tell him I didn't want biscuits. He tells them I want toast. It wound up all 3 over easy egg yellows were broken, tge grits were stiff and all of the food was cold and I still received biscuits instead of toast.
I love their new loaded steak fries but yesterday there was barely any cheese sauce on them, too much bacon and no scallions.
Chicken was greasy and had no flavor. Mashed potatoes had no flavor either--no salt or seasoning whatsoever. My wife's cornbread was missing also. There was no gravy on my potatoes, and not much on either of my wife's potatoes or her country fried steak. The driver was fine, as he knocked on the door and handed me the food.
Stuffed cheesecake pancakes were delicious but all the food was cold. Not even a bit of warmth. Ordered the cinnamonroll iced latte and it was came a little over half full. Would not recommend getting their iced coffee if thats all they fill them to. Not worth it.
