I paid a lot of money for the Granpa's Country breakfast and the chicken was so small, like they cut a regular piece of chicken in 1/2 and fried it. The amount of eggs they put wouldn't even fill up a one year old. Just ridiculous. I am very disappointed in Cracker Barrel and this is the second time.
Very small portioning for the price and the Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast was very disappointing and it was cold. The only thing I really enjoyed was the pancakes
The fried chicken had to be thrown out ,was over cooked ,chicken was too hard and dry.I've had this before and it was very good. My second dinner Chicken Pot Pie was not available and the driver was the one that let me know.Not a good experience Cracker Barrel,very disappointed.
The hash browns were horrible and the pancakes were cold. The impossible sausages were fine, the egg whites was alright. This meal was not good at all.
The 1/2 gal of tea was missing. The salads were pitiful, and that's being nice. Also, didn't receive the plastic ware I requested. Order was completely sad and incorrect.
First time I ordered shrimp, it was so hard I couldn eat it. Needless to say I love cracker barr and order from them a lot but I wont ever order shrimp again. Save it for the seafood resturants!!
My food was cold and hard. I had to throw it away. My Apple juice was a small and I ordered a large.
chicken fried hard doesn't seem fresh
Four items from my order were missing. One was a side, one a dessert, and two $4.50 drinks. They have my phone number from my order, they could have and should have called to replace the items. Instead, they wrote on the receipt that they were "out". Things run out all the time, however I expect to be contacted to mediate a replacement especially in cases like this where I've already paid and received my "food" when I find out that they couldn't complete my order.
