If you’re thinking about living here because it’s cheap and you just need somewhere to stay, this is not the place for you! They upped my rent 2-3x a year since I moved in here a few years ago. Sadly I’m still here because it costs so much money to move but I’m telling you to run! This place sucks! The management here changes more times in a year, than they up the rent! Me and my family have been living here since 2007 or 08, and I have so much to complain and so little to not complain, complaints: back in 2019 we use to have soccer goals and a playground for the kids to have fun, but guess what? The management doesn’t like fun, so they took it down, and we can’t even have big pools that we can setup because they’ll get mad over it like do they not care about the kids or something? I visited this property on Friday August 21 2026 I have never in my life seen such poor looking park i wouldn't let my dog stay in that park management should be ashamed they way this park looks it needs to be torn down and reported to the city inspector

I’ve been living here for about 5 years and I like that it’s somewhat quiet. I do have some complaints though. For example, there’s a quarry behind use so when they blow, the whole area shakes. I know there’s nothing you can do about that so we’ve learned to deal with it. Some of the neighbors are rude and have an annoying habit of revving their vehicles engines too much, the roads and parking are definitely too small which means if you have guests you can hardly fit them in your driveway plus there’s no guest parking anywhe... read more

This place has nothing to offer besides a very small lot to stay on. No amenities or fun for kids. But for some reason they keep going up on the lot rent. Which is crazy because it’s nothing here. The roads are narrow and not passable but with one car. The neighbors are rude and nasty. They sit in the middle of the road and will not move knowing the road is narrow. I hate it here. The park has nothing to offer but rules. They don’t care about the residents just the lot rent and telling us what to do.
