The worst school my daughter has ever been to and will ever go to. They let someone without ID pickup my child. They are more concerned about getting tuition than educating. She was bullied and no one cared. She is behind academically and no one cared. The classroom had way too many students for the one teacher and the attitude of her and her part time assistant was very disappointing and overall disgusting. We used them for the summer and was extremely happy with the teachers and program. However, they had to close a whole class due to covid, and I asked about a refund as this put my husband out of work waiting results and other daughter out as well. They initially told me no refunds, then when I asked again, they said they could give me a credit. I explained that we were moving and would like a check for the monies, and then they never replied to me. Very unprofessional for such a large well known daycare.

It saddens me to say that in this time where education should be a key factor for the nurturing and the molding of young minds, that I come across such a blatant disregard for our youth. My niece attends your school and is in the VPK i class under the tutelage of Ms. Jamie. My sister has told me that she has gone to the administration on several occasions to address some serious concerns that I too as a parent find quite disturbing. My one star represents our dissatisfaction with how unhappy we have been since this school was sold. Overall compared to other schools in the area i may be obligated to rate the school a 2 star. Our son went to CCLC for 3 years and our experience was what we would have expected. He is now a first grader at Foxtrail Elementary and doing well. When my son went to this school he was being bullied by another child. After many attempts to bring the teacher's attention to the matter with no resolution, one day that boy brought a HUNTING KNIFE to school that I saw personally. THE DIRECTOR DID NOTHING!!!! She in fact advised me that there was nothing the school could do because it was a parenting issue. THE ATTITUDE WAS VERY SELF RIGHTEOUS AND DISMISSIVE. This "school" is a joke. The only thing the owners care about is money in their pocket. They do not value any employees and pay them poverty wages at best but demand that that their employees plan and teach like they are employed in a real school. I was sickened to learn that nearly 100% of the employees are on medicaid and food stamps because the pay is so horrible. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCHOOL!!! My son and another boy were neglected, which subsequently caused injuries and the Director and owner did NOTHING about it. Not even an apology. They refused to allow us to watch the entire video of the incident. Complaints and charges are being made with the proper Government authorities.
