Each and every team member here truly cares about you and your pets. They greet you by name and your pets too! I had a recent health scare with my dog Scampi and although they were busy, they accommodated me. I dropped my baby off and awaited the results. I received a call from my Vet who explained what was going on, what they had done and the course of treatment. I was so thankful that they could get my boy in and help him to feel better! We have been taking Luna since we got her in July and we are very happy with our experience. She just got spayed last week with Dr Tran and so far she’s been doing great. She also gets groomed and boarded there, which I also recommend!

I can't say enough great things about everyone at Creature Comfort. From the quick scheduling of the appointment, to the knowledge and customer service that we received, was beyond outstanding. We had multiple puppies tail's docked and dewclaws removed. Their services were prompt and thoroughly done. Creature Comfort offers safe protocol, when it came to taking our pups (mask).
