I wasn't approved for a credit 9 loan previously. I received an email from Alex and gave her a call not expecting much and just listened. As our conversation continued while I wasn't expecting much, I agreed to apply as I was thinking it might be possible. I send my information to Alex who was so helpful in this process. To my surprise, she informed me that I was approved. I felt completely heard and understood with Alex. She turned a somewhat gloomy day, into sunny day.

It took a while to get approved and only after I kept pushing. Once it got to the point of being reviewed for underwriting, it went pretty fast. Putting aside this, everyone was very helpful, especially Karla C., and very personable and easy to converse with. She was the one who pushed it through asking why I wasn't getting approved since I had done everything Americor told me to do. This is my first time working with Credit9 but so far so good.
Have been very pleased in how fast they were able to get all my debt put into one monthly payment and the fact that they deal with the creditors made everything effortless on my part. Great customer service!
Going through this process can be very stressful and time consuming, but I never once felt that. Thanks to Courtney K., I always had clear communication about what next steps were, what was expected out of me, and our goals. I never felt ashamed of my current financial status, and I am hopefully that this is the best path for me and my family at this time.
