Any time I had to contact Credit 9 for assistance the representatives (*********************** most recently) were knowledgeable and professional. It was very easy to work with them.
I Just started to use Credit9 and they make it easy to reach out and talk to a live person for any reason. Like my issue with the due date. *********************** was awesome and was able to assist me with changing the date.
