Easy to work with. I did need to call and ask a few clarifying questions at a few issues that came up, but the person was knowledgeable and helped me through it. The fact that my credit score would plummet was not really discussed or the fact that some accounts would still go to collections was really stressful. But overall, it was a necessary process. I got myself in it, they helped me get out. ??
