They are very good about jumping on and resolving issues within the time frame of your initial payment. They are extremely proactive. The area that needs improvement is their guarantee referral of $500 for new customers. Upon providing a referral I was told my state was ineligible for the bonus which was never disclosed and even after the fact I continue receiving texts offering the same referral bonus. To be honest, they took a heavy burden off my hands after layoffs at my company. Credit associates was a lifesaver. Saved me from many years of minimum payments and hardship. Great to work with in all respects. The only negative I would mention is they do not deal with lawyers or lawsuits from credit card companies. You are on your own with those but overall a great experience.
