Credit associates was a lifesaver. Saved me from many years of minimum payments and hardship. Great to work with in all respects. The only negative I would mention is they do not deal with lawyers or lawsuits from credit card companies. You are on your own with those but overall a great experience.

I was referred to Credit Associates. I had just qualified for disability benefits and at a vulnerable time. The staff is helpful, but in my state of mind at the time, was one of fear and desperation. Later, while working with my creditors, I found that I would have been better off going directly to my creditors. I spent a lot of time on phone calls, waiting on customer service ***** or chat lines. Some problems took several months and phone conversations to resolve.
