Please understand that they plan to keep your deposit even if you don’t move in. This is NOT discussed however they still expect you to know this. There wasn’t a contract signed that stated this. Management is VERY rude, unprofessional and disrespectful upon requesting funds to be refunded. Save your money and don’t move here!

Property Management is horrible! Very disrespectful and money hungry. Refuses to give back deposits, very unprofessional, and nasty attitude! Don’t apply here unless you have a lawyer on speed dial!

I agree with the other tenant my lot rent went up to they been stopped gutting grass like 2 months ago and my sweet neighbor has cut mine twice and thats not her job but i was greatful it looked terrible. I was once proud of this neighborhood and now i have no idea of what is going on or where tenants lot rent is going cause it sure aint toward lawn maintenance or trash.

Lot rent went up only for them to mow less. Starting to look trashy. Dumpsters pile up quickly only able to dump trash once a week. Management is extremely RUDE, not professional at all.

I am looking forward to moving into this community. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Ms Shalonda has been so helpful every step of the way. She moved mountains to get me into a dream home in the time I needed. I highly recommend this community and the Vineyard Mgt team.
