If I could give this neighborhood 0 stars I would. My lot rent has gone up over 40% in the last 2 years! There is never anyone in the office nor do they return phone calls. The lawn care people put holes in the side of your house and then deny it. Absolutely awful and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Wish I could afford to move my home off this land.
