I called Crescenze Cooling & Heating this morning because furnance was not working. They scheduled me same day with appointment at 3:30pm and I received phone call at 11:30am they could come now! Tim I can't thank you, you went over and above!
My mom recently put in a new central air conditioning unit with Crescenze Cooling and Heating and she couldn't be happier. The men that came to her home were extremely professional. They walked her through the entire process and answered all of her questions. We can't say enough about the quality of work they complete and recommend Crescenze to anyone.
Mike and crew came out on a fairly cold day to install a Fujitsu Mini-Split system in our garage. The frozen ground had to be dug to level the outside unit. The inside unit was hung quickly and the drain conveniently run to the nearby tub sink. The whole job was done in about 4 hours in a professionally competent manner. They even did a quick check of our furnace while they were here. Crescenze Heating is a good company that we’ll call on when the need arises for heating or cooling.
Where do I start with this review. It began with needing two new heat pumps, two air handlers, and new duct work. My wife and I had gone through five or six HVAC companies prior to deciding on Crescenze. I was never happy with the other companies approach, numbers, or just general demeanor. The two gentlemen Kurt and Josh were very professional and they did a great job. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
Mike, Kirk & Lucas did a great job installing the Fujitsu mini-split system in our detached garage and insulating the ceiling. They arrived as expected and finished just after noontime. I’m looking forward to being able to use the space no matter the weather. I can highly recommend Crescenze for HVAC needs.
I needed a new furnace. I called Crescenze and they came out and gave me a good quote. I had them install a new high efficiency furnace and new central air. What a group of true pro's. The job was done as they had quoted, done right and on the time table they stated. All the people involved were polite and concerned about our needs. It's been a year now and I'm still very happy with their work. GREAT COMPANY! I will use them for any future needs. Thanks Mike.
The serviceman ( I can’t remember his name �) came the very next day we called and was right on time. He was extremely professional and friendly. Fixed the furnace quickly and explained everything he did thoroughly. Highly recommend!
