RecommendedWhere do I start with this review. It began with needing two new heat pumps, two air handlers, and new duct work. My wife and I had gone through five or six HVAC companies prior to deciding on Crescenze. I was never happy with the other companies approach, numbers, or just general demeanor. Mike, Kirk & Lucas did a great job installing the Fujitsu mini-split system in our detached garage and insulating the ceiling. They arrived as expected and finished just after noontime. I’m looking forward to being able to use the space no matter the weather. I can highly recommend Crescenze for HVAC needs.
RecommendedI needed a new furnace. I called Crescenze and they came out and gave me a good quote. I had them install a new high efficiency furnace and new central air. What a group of true pro's. The job was done as they had quoted, done right and on the time table they stated. All the people involved were polite and concerned about our needs. Recommended RecommendedLast winter or so our furnace would stop in the dead of winter. We went through 2 other reputable companies, no one could figure it out . They would fix it only for it to break again Costing us more money on parts ,emergency calls etc. Our pastor recommended crescenze one call and it was fixed within an hour. we haven't had a problem since! So fast, honest and trustworthy! So glad we found crescenze!!
