5 Star : Likely to Recommend This last experience was the exception to several previous experiences. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Roger doesn't own the vehicle in question. I do. It's chauvinistic to assume the man in a couple owns this vehicle. You got the wheel changed for me, but info as to how long it would take was mediocre at best: "5 - 10 minutes longer" for 40 - 50 minutes isn't accurate.
