5 Star : My Experience Crest Collision, Plano, Eddie in particular is exceptional employee. Very customer service orientated. On top of everything. I had two cars damaged in 2022 I cannot say the same for your Frisco operation. Frisco is not in the same league as Plano. I will never return to your Frisco operation for anything. 5 Star : My Experience Silverio did a great job updating us all along the way. The whole team was very easy to work with from scheduling and wait times to working with the rental car company for pickup/drop off. My car looks brand new again!

Like new when I got it back except yours shop didn’t have the paper mats that I always put over the mats.
