First time visiting with our 2 chihuahuas. When we walked thru, and until we left everyone was truly amazing. Dr. Katie and the whole staff were caring, courteous and extremely patient, especially with one of our pups (who we've had for a year only, both rescues) was very skittish. Bottom line Crest Hill Animal Hospital will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.

Our trip this week was to get Katie groomed. Laurie did a great job on my cat. Kate prances around like a princess when she’s through. The staff treats me well, too. I don’t walk very well, the girls make sure they help me carry her in and back to the car. Thank you.

My fur babies love going to the vets, the love and attention they receive from staff is wonderful. The compassion they had when we had to say goodbye to 2 of our dogs and help them over the Rainbow Bridge meant allot. From the front desk staff, the backroom staff and Dr. Brandi and Dr. Z. , you make bringing our precious fur babies to you comforting.

Thank you so much to the most amazing vet I've ever met. Dr. Brandy. She cared for my kitty Lucky for 10 years. He by no means was going to make it when I rescued him. She gave him, love, compassion and kindness. Yesterday he flew to Rainbow Bridge after a 10 year battle with diabetes. The love and compassion of the staff I will never forget. Thank you for being there for Lucky and I. We love everything you have done for us❤️

are pets usually see Dr. Katie, but have also seen some of the other vets, very professional. The staff is very kind. Dr. Katie is wonderful and finds a solution when it seems it’s impossible ! She’s certainly is very thorough and researches the problem considers all options and finds the solution set best helps the pet. Nearly 25 years of wonderful, compassionate care for our pets. They have been amazing with my bearded dragon. It's been a struggle recently with him trying to figure out what is wrong. Dr. Wong knows her stuff and give me excelled advice and care for my little lizard buddy. The reception staff and nurses are amazing as well. I trust them so so much.

My 2 yo Boston LuLu had recent surgery for Mast Cll carcinoma. Dr Katey was very assuring about biopsy and surgery The ladies and Dr Kate were so friendly and kind. Wonderful to have such caring and kind ladies take care of us.

Been going to Crest Hill for years. Best vets office. Staff is great and big shout out to Sue🥰. Dr Katie is not only a great vet but so compassionate and caring. Always gives you the info you need and willing to spend the extra time to explain things too. I always trust her judgement.
