I had such an amazing experience at Crest Hill Animal Hospital coming on board as a new patient (my cat that is!). I didn't feel I was being rushed or that the staff was completely stressed out (as has been my previous experience elsewhere). On the contrary, they spent over two hours with my me and my cat for a very comprehensive evaluation (and still their prices are lower than where I took my cats before). What more do I need to say just look at the photo! I took Kimber here for grooming a few weeks ago with Lori! Lori is an amazing groomer and was so patient with my sweet girl although she was a handful. I can’t wait to bring her back for many more grooming appointments ❤️

The team at Crest Hill Animal Hospital is nothing short of amazing. I can’t remember the names of everyone involved because Monday was a blur, but the whole team went above and beyond. I woke up Monday morning to my dog Lyla suffering from an emergency and I brought her immediately to CHAH. They stabilized her, got her comfortable, and kept me up to date on everything. I finally found a vet that I trust. I love Dr. Brandy! The only thing right now that is irritating is the curb side service. I keep putting off visits for my dogs because I want to talk to my vet face to face. When will this curb side nonsense stop? If not soon, sadly I will have to find another vet. 😢
