I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding an ongoing billing issue. For several months, I have made numerous attempts to resolve what appears to be an incorrect charge, but I have been unable to obtain assistance or a clear resolution.Repeated calls to the office often go unanswered or are routed to a third-party answering service that is unable to connect me with the appropriate staff. Most unorganized office ever. Schedule appointments with no staff working, making patients wait almost 2 hrs past their appointment times or reschedule an hour after the appt is scheduled due to not having staff or being behind schedule. Worst place ever if we didnt have a contract for my daughters braces I would go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Zero stars is way more fitting This place is a literal nightmare. My son got his wisdom teeth taken out over one year ago. Hes been on antibiotics 4 different times and is still numb. I have called trying to make appointments only for them to cancel them and NOT reschedule. I HAD A CROWN INSTALLED AT ALLINGTON DENTAL. iT FELL OFF IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THEIR WROK IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A NEW EZAME AND A NEW CROWN AT FULL PRICE

I took my daughter to the dental office in July 2025 for a simple dental cleaning. The bill ended up being over $250 for that visit. Since I had basic dental insurance, I didn't see the bill until later and didn't know how much it was initially. They scheduled her for another six month cleaning appointment in January 2026. They did another X-ray, but never cleaned her teeth. Their excuse was that she had cavities and needed an extensive cleaning. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my visit to ******** Dental Lilburn Nov 24, I brought my goddaughter in for a 10:45 a.m. appt. We arrived on time, yet sat in the lobby for 50 minutes. Only after I spoke up was her name called. My son had his insurance information with him but was asked for numbers that were intentionally blanked out for security purposesspecifically, the mothers Social Security numberto verify coverage. He waited for over an hour and was still not seen. I contacted customer service, who stated someone was on the phone verifying if the insurance was active. I purchased a service protection plan expecting peace of mind instead, I got frustration. A repair appointment was scheduled, but the technician never showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. I took time off work and waited all day for nothing.When I contacted customer service, I was bounced around with no resolution. This is unacceptable for a company that promises reliable service. If this is how they treat paying customers, I cant recommend their protection plans to anyone.
