My family and I have been living in the apartment complex since October, and we have had a great experience. The first time we looked at the apartments, we liked that they were new and clean, and that was the expectation when moving in; it said so right in the lease agreement we signed. What made this transition into the apartments easier was the Property manager, Tim. He is very friendly and stays on top of things that need to be done at the complex. I have been living here for a while now, and really love it. It is a nice complex, and they keep the grounds really clean. The people are friendly and respectful of their neighbors, and if a problem comes up, Tim takes care of it. The move-in process was quick and easy, and the lease was explained, and any areas that could create challenges were discussed. Overall, great place to live.
