I moved here in January and from that time we have had a lot of issues with the management company the property owners use in order to manage the property which is unfortunate, however when Tim came along things instantly got a little better. The best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 21 and we moved her in November of 2024 and we still here and we don’t want to leave. We have an awesome landlord who is workable and understanding. These apartments are new and well put together. I would love to stay another year. I love it here so much. I want to stay here forever lol.
They made a great impression it was great the first 2 months! But I've been locked out of my mailbox for over two weeks, and the landlord has ignored multiple polite requests for help. I lost my key and was told a replacement would be provided — but that never happened. I’ve followed up several times and still can’t access my mail. Crimson is very accepting, and their hospitality is some of the best you'll see. The on-site managers are very responsive, and helpful as well. My move-in process was stress-free, and the unit, and units around me are clean, well-maintained, and perfect housing for anyone.
