Everyone on the staff is so kind and welcoming. Nicole is wonderful! Quality of care is always top notch
Never have I felt more comfortable at a dentist! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and treats you like a person. I had mentioned that I had an anxiety disorder when I arrived, and my hygienist and the doctor explained everything to me on a basic level, told me about the process and the instruments involved and let me ask as many questions as I needed. I just switched from another office that I wasn't thrilled with and happy to say it was a great move. The initial consultation is thorough and impressive, and really the first time an office has explained my teeth to me. The xrays are extensive but certainly show everything and of course they dont need to be taken every visit. No pressure to do or not to do any recommendations they make. I've been going to Cromwell Dental for ten years. The entire staff is really nice and always there to help. Recently Dr. Furino and Assistant Angela did a root canal on an upper tooth. Dr. Furino is skillful and careful on doing the work. I am always glad to be scheduled with Dr. Furino because everything goes clockwork. A while back Dr. Furino and a team of Assistants worked up a new cap for me, they do nice work and a lot goes into every appointment.
I've been going to this dentist for a couple years. This is my favorite dentist. The hygienists are all very nice and helpful. Everyone takes the time to listen and they do good work. My teeth have never been cleaner!
I have been going to Cromwell Dental for years. So far, experience is always great. Dr. Breault checked and he is very kind and experienced, highly recommended. Facility also upfront explains the expenses and in case insurance not covers any of.
My husband and I have been going to Cromwell Dental for a few years now, and I have always been incredibly impressed with their service, new technology and up-to-date methods, but they went above and beyond last week when my veneer popped off and they were able to fit me in same day TWICE. My veneer popped off on a Sunday after only a month of being on, and Monday morning I called to ask what to do- they fit me in that day, telling me it may take a bit to get me in but to come anyways (I only sat for 3 minutes waiting). This was our third visit to this dentist office and I can confidently say I'm glad we found this office. The dental hygienists as well as the dentists here are very friendly and have been great with my kids. There is even a tv in each exam room to keep the children occupied if the visit makes them a little nervous or bored. This office is pretty big and quite modern. Beyond a five star experience!!! Like a Disneyland spa of Dentistry. The facility with an onsite lab, felt more like a warm and inviting high end home than a dental office, with a friendly reception area (with fireplace and comfy leather couches). Everyone seems to LOVE their job and their team members, and my visit started out with a personal tour with a coffee/tea/cookie option.
