Don’t move here poor management 2026. Roaches haven’t had exterminator over 3 months yet we still have to pay for it. Anyone can get a apartment no screening. I have seen more females being abused and drug deals than watching Law & Order. Police constantly here but they don’t want to lose section 8 money so low life’s stay. If you like paying rent monthly, smell of weed in hallway and gunshots every evening. This is the place for you! Add to that maintenance won’t service any of your request for months. They complete it and no one in the office checks to make sure it’s complete. New management every couple of months. You are lucky if they pick up the phone when you call. Current management team is the worst in 2025.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD I have been in this apartment for a year now. I hate it they have changed management 6 times in that one year. They don’t come fix anything. My apartment building is infested with roaches and I have a 1 year old with asthma they haven’t come to send pest control they say they do and no one ever comes. Property has undergone a lot of improvements since new management took over. Property is cleaner and looks significantly more taken care of. Update: I'm so happy that the hallways are getting renovated, one at a time. Huge improvement!!!!!
Please stop moving over here. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I have been staying over here for 2 years only because i’ve been stuck. They change management companies every 6 months and barely have reliable maintenance men. They avoid answering the phones and when you come in person they are not doing anything but lounging around. Today I called 5 times to get someone to come fix my hot water because I’ve been without it for 4 days and no one picked up the phone.
