Property has undergone a lot of improvements since new management took over. Property is cleaner and looks significantly more taken care of. Update: I'm so happy that the hallways are getting renovated, one at a time. Huge improvement!!!!!
The new management company is a joke. Fired the previous manager Jessica, who actually cared about the property's success and the residents. Good luck finding someone that actually gives a crap. Especially with the pay you guys are currently offering on Indeed!!!! Crossing will continue to decline if employees are not valued and resident concerns aren't heard. The resident's deserve better! New management has a LOT to deal with managing this complex and its tenants. But the new property manager (Jessica) said she was in it for the long haul and is keeping her word about the changes being made! From the outside the complex is beautiful, well maintained. Inside, it’s under construction… literally. New hallways & stairwells are the big project now and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome! A fantastic place to live! The renovations they have been doing the last few months has really made a difference. Great location. Management is always helpful and any issues that come up get taken care.
DO NOT move here !! Clogged drains , shooting , lots of traffic in apartments , trash overflowing outside , people dump their furniture outside etc , roaches !!! Everywhere! Seen some the first day I moved in, they don’t care & will not let you know they have a roach infestation. They will add extra charges not listed on your lease to your monthly expenses.
