Do not live here. These buildings should be considered condemned due to health and safety risks. I opened up my breaker box, final inspection was done in in 1973. Who knows how many coats of paint cover these walls, all done very poorly at that. There was a shooting here just over 2 weeks ago. I still have bullet holes in my walls, nobody has come to fix them. Please stop moving over here. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I have been staying over here for 2 years only because i’ve been stuck. They change management companies every 6 months and barely have reliable maintenance men. They avoid answering the phones and when you come in person they are not doing anything but lounging around. Today I called 5 times to get someone to come fix my hot water because I’ve been without it for 4 days and no one picked up the phone. Property has undergone a lot of improvements since new management took over. Property is cleaner and looks significantly more taken care of. Update: I'm so happy that the hallways are getting renovated, one at a time. Huge improvement!!!!!
The new management company is a joke. Fired the previous manager Jessica, who actually cared about the property's success and the residents. Good luck finding someone that actually gives a crap. Especially with the pay you guys are currently offering on Indeed!!!! Crossing will continue to decline if employees are not valued and resident concerns aren't heard. The resident's deserve better! DO NOT move here !! Clogged drains , shooting , lots of traffic in apartments , trash overflowing outside , people dump their furniture outside etc , roaches !!! Everywhere! Seen some the first day I moved in, they don’t care & will not let you know they have a roach infestation. They will add extra charges not listed on your lease to your monthly expenses.
