Pool here is nice and clean. New management is responsive and considerate. They’re really cleaning this place up!
The property has really changed. We have security and police to patrol everyday. They are opening the pool and this pool hasn't been opened in years!!!!! Maintenance is fixing our issues without charging us. The old company made us pay them. It's nice and clean here. DO NOT move here !! Clogged drains , shooting , lots of traffic in apartments , trash overflowing outside , people dump their furniture outside etc , roaches !!! Everywhere! Seen some the first day I moved in, they don’t care & will not let you know they have a roach infestation. They will add extra charges not listed on your lease to your monthly expenses. RECENT REVIEWS ARE A LIE! The new company is no better than the last company. They do not answer the phone, no maintenance request will be answered, they open late and close early. They send threatening letters to residents about trash but can’t manage to stop the illegal dumping. Almost every day people are fighting just last week we witnessed a man beating his wife in front of kids in the courtyard. Cars will be broken into . Apartments are INFESTED with roaches and gnats. I left this place in May and still waiting for my deposit. They sent me $325 instead of $959. I went to the management office many times. Nothing. The new management look like good people but ....
