Reka gave me a tour and pointed out some of the projects they are actively working on around the property, which i can honestly see a change based on my last visit about a year ago. She even showed me one of the new hallways which is very nice and looks a lot better. I will be putting you guys at the top of my list.
Tenants have been living in a hostile, toxic environment with current property management team.Owner needs to get rid of the whole team to inspire trust with tenants.Bunch of unqualified, unprofessional people with no integrity. The people you hire are telling us your to cheap to fix up the property. Who do we tell if everyone in the front office and head of maintenance is the issue?
Property has undergone a lot of improvements since new management took over. Property is cleaner and looks significantly more taken care of. Update: I'm so happy that the hallways are getting renovated, one at a time. Huge improvement!!!!!
I visited the Crossing at Northpointe apartments inquiring about a 1 bedroom as a first time renter and Reka gave me all the answers i needed before i even got a chance to ask, she was very welcoming and she made me a lot less nervous, i am highly considering, i didn't have enough time for a tour, but im sure when i come back ill be ready to apply.
New management has a LOT to deal with managing this complex and its tenants. But the new property manager (Jessica) said she was in it for the long haul and is keeping her word about the changes being made! From the outside the complex is beautiful, well maintained. Inside, it’s under construction… literally. New hallways & stairwells are the big project now and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome!
