I have been a patient of Dr Rief for the past 6 years. I’ve always admired her work, she is a perfectionist! She goes out of her way to see if you are having issues. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I know I’m in good hands with Dr Rief and her staff. I love my hygienist Patty and the office manager Danielle too. They both have been there for a long time and know all of the patients by name. If you are looking for a good dentist, I would highly recommend Crossroads Dental Arts.
I originally scheduled an appt at another Dentist office and afterwards I thought i would look to check the reviews. they were horrible so I did more research and found that Crossroads Dental Arts had awesome reviews. I saw Dr Block-Rief years ago for a partial construction. She gave me the first beautiful smile I'd ever had in my entire life. I cried all the way home. I couldn't stop smiling for once. As usual, I'm happy to drive an hour one way to visit Dr. Reif and her staff. Thank you for the listening ear Danyelle and the Dunkin Donut gift card. Keep up the excellent work with the brand new state of the art equipments and thr type of people you hire into your practice. I will forever be a patient of this practice as well as my family. And my fillings that Dr. Reif did, I didnt feel any pain whatsoever.
I've been going to crossroads for over a decade. I pass at least 5 other dentists that I know of covered by my insurance on the way there. I do this because out of any medical office I've ever been to I consistently get the best service here. In almost 12 years as a patient there I have never once waited for my appointment or to see the doctor. This means a lot to me. Everyone is always friendly and keep you advised of each step along the way in your treatment. Always prompt follow up to check on your condition post treatment. Highly recommend.
