The front desk personnel were professional and made you feel comfortable. The hygienist and dentist were gentle and explained everything. There was no wait time. My son has Autism and they were Great with him.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Joanne Block Rief for more than 10 years and I have always had confidence in her and her staff to treat me and my teeth concerns with the upmost urgency and care. No improvements needed...Great service and it was only my first visit...I've never been excited to go to the dentist until now.
My hygienist was very good. She took a lot of time making sure she was not causing any pain and that my teeth were clean. My only complaint is that I feel like the entire time I am there, I am being sold something. She started off by asking about an antibiotic in one area, then she mentioned the saliva testing that I could purchase so they could prescribe a specific antibiotic and then she sold me fluoride. I feel like I am constantly being sold one thing after another the entire time I am in the chair.
