My hygienist was very good. She took a lot of time making sure she was not causing any pain and that my teeth were clean. My only complaint is that I feel like the entire time I am there, I am being sold something. She started off by asking about an antibiotic in one area, then she mentioned the saliva testing that I could purchase so they could prescribe a specific antibiotic and then she sold me fluoride. I feel like I am constantly being sold one thing after another the entire time I am in the chair.
My hygienist, Patty, worked above and beyond my expectations. Going to the dentist has never been something I enjoyed, however, yesterday, Patty, helped to ease the tension as she worked on my mouth, and give me step-by-step information and guidance for a healthier mouth. Every question I asked, she answered until I got a full understanding of what was taking place and the importance of having regular cleanings. As usual, Dr. Rief didn't disappoint. She runs a very professional office and the equipment used is top notch. If you have anything going on in your mouth, they'll find it and take care of it.
