I am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. But I had to have two teeth drilled out and refilled because the fillings had cracked. Work completely fairly quickly, but no pain!!!! Yay!!
Had issue with dental implant. I called the office on Sunday morning, left a message and Dr. Rief returned my call within minutes. Appointment was set for that following Wednesday and the matter was taken care of. Dr. Rief has been my dentist for 6 years and is our family dentist. The staff there is very professional and courteous and they do fantastic work. Highly recommend !!!!
Friendly, kind, happy, peaceful and that is just the front end staff. This office makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the front door. You are not a number you are a human being. I felt like i was cared about. Now can we talk about my awesome dentist. She is a gem a rare diamond she did not make me feel like a monster that could not be help. I am very pleased with the service at Crossroads Dental Arts. My kids were seen promptly and the dental assistants showed genuine concern for their dental health. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rief and her staff.
This dental practice is always extremely professional and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate busy schedules. And Dr. Rief makes sure everything is perfect!!
Its always been a great experience going to the clinic and my son feels comfortable with all the staff. They will find a way to work on my schedule and follows thru every appointment.
