As also service and staff are great. Knowledgeable when I asked questions, and very professional and courteous to me. I had to get comfortable around another new dentist, and didn't see Dr. Rief to at any time. But I'm flexible and have referred others to your office.
Very pleasant and professional atmosphere from point of entry and throughout treatment. Nicole is the best, could not ask for a nicer person to take care of my dental care. Thx Nicole!

Always get treated with excellent care
The office was very warm and cozy. I didn't feel like I was at a dentist office at all. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic and inviting. I had my daughter with me and one of the staff members occupied her while I had my exam. They made me feel really comfortable with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everything was so wonderful at the Crossroads Dental Arts! When I called for help with directions, they were quick to assist me politely. Once I arrived, I immediately was greeted with a smile and offered snacks, juice, and waters free of charge. I was taken immediately back to meet the hygienist who was particularly understanding once I made her aware about my difficulty with going to the dentist after my several root canal procedures. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, and I left with clean teeth.
Helene was my dental hygientist for the visit- friendly and easy to talk with- very gentle with the cleaning and I was very relaxed. Would highly recommend both Helene and Natasha at this office. Thank you.
