Everyone’s always very nice & respectful. I always have a different doctor. I don’t know why they can’t keep them & my counselor is different too. It’s a wonderful doctors office but I think Virginia premier needs to do better job at providing providers for us here at this location

Everything’s always good here staff friendly and respectful etc. but my counselor quit again and there wasn’t a doctor there that took my insurance on the day of my appointment so they rescheduled and that throws me off my treatment plan

My app was put off til Saturday making me 3 days late then the doctor they gave me wasn’t Medicaid approved so now I’ll be 5 days late on meds come tomarrow morning I sure hope I don’t relapse I have been so proud to raise my daughter in treatment she is what has kept me goin these last 5 days I m so worried tomorrow won’t be worked out if it isn’t I know I won’t make it without relapse

The staff is very rude.they seem to see addiction' as a way to treat people like they are uneducated, liers. If you are honest they it is wrong.the last time I checked honesty was not concentrate or courteous to other peoples opinions. I do not feel that the stash there is qualifying or experience to associated himself we as rehabilitation rehabilitation of any type of addiction. and nobody ever seems to know what's going on and can I give you a straight answer for nothing
