Well I cMe half hour later than appt and they said policy had it that I’d need to reschedule bc I was over 15 mi utes. Did not know that but I did see it posted on a memo on front desk.( didn’t see that and I’m always early) I understand rules but there wAs not a single person was there.and she was gonna make me reschedule , but I also told her I was out of subs till My Rex was called in and filled. I have always had good experiences with Crossroads, but I recently had an appt and the wrong script was sent to the pharmacy, I then called crossroads to have it switched and the representative told me she was going to sent a note to the script dept who handled these issues, the next evening I went to get my script and it still wasn't fixed, so again I called crossroads and was told they would send another note to script dept and that it would be handled by 6pm that night. I have been using the same pharmacy for over eight months have never had a dr tell me I couldn't fill my prescription where I wanted very very pissed off
