Nothing at this appointment in particular. ARS (Crossroads) is a cash cow business capitalizing on people's problems. You sign your name, a couple yes and no questions. Drug test. Then out the door with a script. They dont care, they have no real concern for the patient, and the not all but more than a few of the staff are terribly rude!
