Everyone in The Grove City Office is overly nice. I just love them. I only gave 4 stars this time I will tell you why. When I entered the office to be drug tested there was another patient in there. They were asking me out loud what my date of birth was. The young lady that asked me this was in training. Am I wrong by thinking this is not cool? At sometimes there are up to 4 people in this room.
Very nice staff Dr’s are always nice
The service in the Grove City PA office had come a long way and has been much better. Now that the office is open weekly this helps spread out patient appointments and there is no delay. Crossroads takes feedback seriously and this shows how they strive to provide great service in every way. I dont have any negative feedback at this time.

I love my experience with Dr. Dundore. He is the best and easy to talk to. I look forward to my visits with him. I'm treated with integrity and not judged.
Not to complain but I Had to wait half hour before dr. came up for my video chat appt. Dr apologized and said they were having problems this morning. I really like the tele video appts. Usually I give 5 stars for dr. Dundore but unfortunately I could only give 3 stars for this review since I had to wait. I never had to wait that long before and I have been using tele video for months now. Like dr said he had some problems to deal with and it hit him a little behind so im sure it will be better next time.
I love my doctor and staff are always so accommodating and helpful
I couldn’t be seen due to a death in the family and I got to be seen right away.
