I'm frustrated with crossroads. I've been with this facility since they took over ARS and there has been issues with billing, lack of doctors, and rude staff. Some staff members are actually unprofessional. I get mixed information from doctors and they don't care much about your actual health. This could be due to the lack of a consistent doctor in the grove city facility for nearly 2 years. I understand no facility is perfect but there are a lot of issues with this cross roads facility in grove city pa.

So very sad to hear of Dr. William Dundore's leaving. You finally get a great doctor who knows you and trusts you. I think your new changes with your doctor's are ridiculous!

I missed a appointment due to technology..Got locked out of Google account that was connected to my emails, contacts, everything else, finally got my phone up and running again and Crossroads were there for me which allows me to enjoy the weather on my bike and have my life back without worrying about being sick from withdrawals and hopelessness...I say that because I've been there and it's a nightmare for not just me but everyone I love and care about...Thanks Crossroads you people get it 😀🙏

I have been with ARS/Cross Roads Treatment Centers since 2015 and my recent appointment was the worst by far. I seen the same doctor for nearly a year who was a very thoughtful person. I was switched to a new doctor who didn't have the courtesy to introduce herself and had a clear bias based on previous patients she worked with. She told me that the doctors don't speak to each other and all conversations are based on chart notes only. I don't understand why wait till 15 minutes before my appointment to remind me? Also why did you make me go into the office instead of a zoom appointment? Our county is high risk. I am 60 yrs old and should not be around groups of people. Monday appointment was ridiculous..ever since your company took over there had been nothing but errors. Please don't get me wrong...the staff is amazing and very friendly at your Grove City pa office...you probably don't even know where that is..enough said...you asked for my opinion...

Dirty, disgusting treatment center. The "nurses" do not make sure you have what you need. It is up to the withdrawling patient to do everything. I would not recommend this place to stray dog stay here, let alone a person.
