I have been a patient at Express / crossroads for about 6 years now. I can't express in words how much this program has helped me. I have gotten my life back. My life in the past 6 years has done a complete 360. I work two jobs one full time and one part time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness at the facility but lately I do not think that my voiced concerns are being heard. I think the folks answering the phones are great although there was two times I got a young woman that answer a white pp could tell in her voice she was white , anyways she was hateful.. now at the clinic itself I give a five star for the Harriman office no complaint a here love the whole office the door guy is great friendly fun outgoing lady's upfront sweet as can be and Dr g is awesome fun friendly and understanding and does his work and works hard to get to know and fill every need that I may have and good feed back give... read more

I was very upset with the 3 week thing . I work 10 hourrs a day the whole week I’m supposed to come for refill . I work sitting with a handicap patient and it is hard to find coverage so I can get off for the appointments . I have always come on the 4 th Friday of the month because I’m off that Friday. Now I will have to call in in order to make the appointment. I don’t draw sis or social security and lay around all day. I work. I do not understand the reason for the 3 week appointment. The staff and dr. were very nice and professional, that's the first time I've talked to a dr on a screen before, but it was ok, I just like Dr. Grenkoski a lot, he saved my life. But overall had a good experience.
