I have been using crossroads healthcare for a long time and I am always satisfied but one thing I'm not happy about is going every 3 weeks instead of once a month. It makes it harder because my paydays are 2x a month and I dont get payed for another week before I have to go back. Makes it harder financially and I live 50 minutes away...have to travel more now with 3 weeks! It's making it harder on your patients and no one thinks it makes good sense to do that. Well it was nice after almost 2 years of being told u all would take insurance that if finally happened my last visit on 8/7...also thankful that i was able to be seen cause undoubtfully the receptionist didnt put my appt in the computer for this visit... kinda disappointing that i called the call center to get a pa done for my meds to be paid for all to find out that a pa will not be any good at all since the dr. Is NOT enrolled with the insurance..Â
