Usually always pretty quick and very helpful
Everyone done there jobs like they should
Did great. In and out under a hour. People super nice.
Everyone and I mean everyone from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the Dr was very nice and helpful. They were quick and efficient but not to the point of you feeling rushed or that you wasn’t being listened to. Everyone was so understanding and not once did I feel like I was being judged or looked down upon. I also had to have a prior authorization and I called this morning at 11:30 am and by 12:30 pm the lady was calling me telling me my prior authorization had already been approved. I love the staff they r so nice and understanding. They try to help with community support as well as medication. The wait is never long.
Organized each person does their part to get us in and out quickly. Some of them could at least fake a smile, however!
I have been going to crossroads for a while now and from the time I walk through the door these folks are on it taking care of me and my counselor jerry is a great individual who actually listens to what I have to say
