Everyone and I mean everyone from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the Dr was very nice and helpful. They were quick and efficient but not to the point of you feeling rushed or that you wasn’t being listened to. Everyone was so understanding and not once did I feel like I was being judged or looked down upon. I also had to have a prior authorization and I called this morning at 11:30 am and by 12:30 pm the lady was calling me telling me my prior authorization had already been approved.
