The people at crossroads make you feel good when you see them. From the check in to the nurse then the Dr. and counselor to the lady that checks you out ,they are all so very nice.

I've been going here for a few years now. They've had a lot of change over since I started coming but there starting to work themselves out, that take insurance just like other Dr office and some insurance that don't take. Some of the employees seem like there always in a bad mood or maybe it's just where they've been dealing with rude, inpatient individuals but for the most part everyone in very nice and caring. My appointment was 8:30-9:00. I did not see the doctor until well after 1030! I expect to be in and out of the center within an hour. There were two many people waiting for labs then waiting for doctor.
Friendly staff, quick and efficient appointments, cost-effective, and simple to find. You can tell the counselors and doctors all are there to help you with your problems in all forms. Never made me feel badly for my faults and always made me feel safe and comfortable to open up and be honest about things.
