Well I do like my counselor I have to admit I feel she generally cares but respect, privacy, and honesty are so important while someone is trying to live a life of recovery. I’ve been going here for a long time years. Y'all are seriously a disgusting organization. You care more about money than you do a person's recovery. You punish people instead of helping them. I have been on both sides of recovery and I thank GOD that the place I went to cared. The problem is, is people I care about go to your establishment and I am SICK of the way they are treated. They tell you that the dose you give them isn't enough, and that they don't even get CLOSE to 24 hours...they have been telling you for almost a year that they need their dose raised and y... read more

I have been in Crossroads patient for quite some time now and I had an unfortunate event happen where I was incarcerated for 11 hours when I got out I had to miss two days and went back in on Thursday I was already passing all of my drug screen and then I came back on Thursday which was supposed to be my take-home day only to find out not buy any other reason than me calling later on that day to ask if I could get my take-home even though I already does because my grandmother was dying I was going out of town. They were their to supposedly help me but instead they got me hooked on methadone then kicked me out to withdraw and suffer so screw this place
